Annual property tax bills (taxes levied on real estate, business personal property, and other personal property, excluding licensed motor vehicles) are DUE on SEPTEMBER 1st and are PAST DUE after JANUARY 5th. Taxes must be paid before the past due date to avoid late payment charges.
